...why am I blogging this?

I think I have a problem...and I think I might need some help. What should I do? Don't ask me why I am blogging this for all to see. I just had this feeling to write it down on my blog. Weird, I know.

Moving on is a process and you have to
promise yourself that you're really
ready to let go.
